Janae Mari is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of People at Coalesce.io, a data transformation platform, and as a Talent Advisor for a stealth startup, both roles initiated in 2023. Previously, Janae worked as a Talent Consultant at Vanta and held multiple positions at Lattice from October 2019 to February 2023, including Recruiting Manager for EMEA and Revenue + GTM. Janae's career began at The Intersect Group as a Founding Recruiter, following a role as a Recruiting Manager at VincentBenjamin. Additional experience includes working as an Account Executive at Houzz and serving in various managerial roles at SWAROVSKI for nearly eight years. Janae holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University and a high school diploma from Corona Del Sol High School.
