Sapna Arya has extensive experience in the field of management, currently serving as a Manager at Coal India Limited since June 2017, following a position as Deputy Manager. Previously, Sapna worked as an Assistant Manager at the same company for a brief period in June 2012. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR & Systems from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, earned in 2010. Early education was undertaken at Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School.
