Premshankar Mishra is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the mining industry, specifically at Coal India Limited since 2011. Currently serving as Manager (Drilling & Blasting Officer) since July 2017, Premshankar focuses on enhancing the technical and leadership capabilities of the Drill and Blast operations team while collaborating with the technical services team to optimize processes. Previously held titles include Deputy Manager, where responsibilities included operational compliance and productivity analysis, and Assistant Manager, serving as a shift in-charge ensuring adherence to mining regulations. Premshankar began the career as a Management Trainee after earning an Integrated Dual Degree in Mining Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in 2011. Currently, Premshankar is pursuing a PGPEx in Logistics and Operation Excellence through Digitization at the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai.
