Isledys Hernandez is a Software Developer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies since 2010. Currently employed at CoAdvantage and ByDesign Technologies, Isledys has contributed to fixing bugs for Multi-Level Marketing applications and maintaining Classic ASP solutions. Prior roles include developing HR applications and custom reports at Progressive Employer Management Company and gathering requirements at FrankCrum. Isledys has a background in web application development using C# at Sonda Uruguay S.A and played a significant role in the informatization of the Ministry of Transport in Cuba. Additionally, Isledys served as a .NET teacher at the University of Computer Sciences of Cuba. Isledys holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas in Cuba.
