Sergey Golubkov, PhD, BCC, is a seasoned coaching and leadership development professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, training, and learning and development. Currently serving as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp since July 2019, Sergey has also operated a sole proprietorship focused on coaching and leadership development since October 2016. With roles at GP Strategies Corporation and CoachSource LLC, Sergey specializes in leadership development and executive coaching. Previous positions include facilitating training at Blackdot and serving as an Associate Career & Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison. Sergey has held leadership roles in learning and development for organizations like Russian Railways and URALSIB, where significant contributions included designing and implementing learning programs and methodologies. Sergey holds a PhD in Educational Psychology and various advanced certifications in coaching and management.
