Russ Elliot, PCC, SPHR is an experienced executive leadership coach and organizational consultant with a strong background in human resources. Since September 2015, Russ has led Russ Elliot Executive Coaching and the Conscious Culture Group, focusing on enhancing organizational culture and leadership effectiveness. Additionally, Russ serves as an executive coach for CoachSource LLC and the Global Institute for Leadership Development, recognized for developing high-impact leadership capabilities. Prior roles include senior human resources positions at Bridge Bank, Easton-Bell Sports, and O'Neill. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Business from SUNY Geneseo.
