Natalie Mendez is an experienced executive coach and leadership development specialist currently serving as an Executive Coach at Mendez Coaching, BNSF Railway, and CoachSource LLC, as well as the Lead Consultant at Sladen Consulting. Mendez has a strong background in leadership coaching and development, as well as financial planning and analysis, gained during tenure at Southwest Airlines. Previous roles include Resource Manager at Trintech and RSM US LLP, along with serving as Oracle Resource Services Manager at Oracle. Mendez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University and is pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Business Psychology from Franklin University, expected to be completed in March 2024.
