Matt Chapman is an experienced executive coach and president of Braveheart Incorporated since September 2003, specializing in performance coaching for senior leaders and leadership teams. Additionally, Matt has served as an executive coach with The Conscious Leadership Group and CoachSource LLC since June 2014 and April 2015, respectively, and also holds the position of Engagement Manager at CoachSource. Previously, Matt worked in sales and marketing at GlaxoSmithKline from August 1992 to September 2003. Matt earned an Executive MBA in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from Ball State University.
