Ian Sellick is an accomplished Director and Executive Performance Coach with extensive experience in leadership and transformative coaching. Since March 2006, Ian has led The Business of Transformation, focusing on helping successful leaders and their teams enhance their growth and performance. As a member of the Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches Europe and a leadership coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Ian has worked with influential business leaders to achieve measurable results. Additionally, Ian has served as a Senior Executive Coach at JB EXECUTIVE COACHING LIMITED and an Executive and Leadership Coach at CoachSource LLC, both since 2015 and 2006, respectively. Prior to coaching, Ian held senior director roles at Hewlett Packard, overseeing significant IT outsourcing contracts and developing services for the European market. Ian's educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of the West of England and various coaching certifications, including an Advanced Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching and a StageSHIFT Vertical Transformative Coaching Certification.
