Adriana Lombardo is an experienced executive coach and organizational development consultant with a robust background in coaching senior executives within multinational companies, currently serving as an Executive Coach at CoachSource LLC since February 2021. As the Executive Director and Principal Coach at HumaNature since 2007, Adriana has accumulated over 3,000 hours of practice and worked with more than 400 clients across the public and private sectors. Adriana's expertise also includes global diversity and inclusion strategies, capacity building for agricultural development, and establishing the first ICF chapter in Brazil's Centre-West region. Additionally, Adriana has held roles in teaching business management at INESC University and provided consultancy for several governmental and international organizations. Academic credentials comprise a Master's degree in International Development Cooperation from Universidade de Brasília, an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Brasília.
