Ian Kirby is an experienced professional in the design and engineering industry, currently serving as Motorhome CAD team leader at Coachman Caravan Company Limited since January 2024, and as Advanced Design and 3D CAD systems manager at Victory Leisure Homes Ltd since April 2022. Previous roles include Advanced Design & CAD Leader and 3D CAD controller at Victory Holiday Homes Limited between August 2019 and April 2022, and Senior Design Engineer at Swift Leisure from January 2006 to August 2019, where Ian led the design and engineering of motorhomes and van conversions using Pro engineer - Creo, Solidworks, and AutoCAD. Additional experience includes positions at AFOS LTD and Willerby Holiday Homes Ltd, where Ian contributed to custom design solutions and led design teams, respectively.
