Stephan Mardyks is currently an advisor at Coaching.com, but they have held various other positions in the corporate world throughout their career. Stephan Mardyks has over 25 years of experience in coaching and leadership development. Stephan started their career as a vice president at Raytheon and then became the chief operating officer at FranklinCovey. In 2010, they left FranklinCovey to start their own company, SMCOVEY. SMCOVEY was a company that provided coaching and consulting services to businesses. After running SMCOVEY for a few years, Stephan Mardyks decided to join Wisdom Destinations, where they are currently an advisor.

Stephan Mardyks is a graduate of Paris-West University, where they earned their degrees in Law and Educational Science. Stephan also has a degree from JAMS.
