Warren Kissi has extensive experience in technical support and customer service within the RV industry, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Coach-Net since May 2016 and as a Certified Income Tax Preparer at WESTECT since January 2019. Previous roles include Technical Support Manager and Technical Services Manager at Optimum RV, where Warren managed customer interactions, addressed inquiries, and provided troubleshooting assistance, alongside duties in sales and customer relationship management. Warren holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering from the University of North Texas and an Associate of Science (A.S.) from Richland Community College.
