Neha Ashar is a People Operations Specialist at CO2 AI since January 2023, focusing on talent acquisition, HR administration, talent management, and supporting ad-hoc HR projects. Previously, Neha served as a Human Resources Specialist at Stellantis and a Human Resources Assistant within the Software division, where responsibilities included managing internal job offers, HR reporting, and supporting various HR initiatives. Earlier career experiences include roles in sales and marketing, executive assistance, accounting, and teaching French. Neha holds an MSc in International Business from IÉSEG School of Management and a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
