Louise Beaumont is an experienced professional in product development and consultancy with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as a Product Developer at Co-op since December 2024 and a Mentor at Flourish in Food since March 2023, Louise has held significant roles including Group NPD Manager at The Village Bakery Group and Head of Product Development at Kaspas Desserts. Previously, Louise operated a consultancy firm from 2017 to September 2023 and held multiple managerial positions at Wasabi Sushi & Bento, Greencore, Bakkavor, and Costa Coffee, showcasing a strong trajectory in product innovation and development. Educationally, Louise possesses an HND in Textile Technology from De Montfort University, earned between 1993 and 1995.
