Gina Jacobs is a Change Management Lead at Co-op since May 2022, previously serving as a Change Analyst at Co-op Funeral Care and Co-op from July 2021 to 2021 and June 2015 to July 2021, respectively. Gina has extensive experience in retail business transformation, learning and development, and customer relations, holding various managerial positions including Social Media Manager and Membership Services Manager. Notable achievements include winning the Charity Spirit Award in 2017 and finishing as a finalist for the Call North West Team Manager of The Year. Gina is actively involved in promoting diversity and inclusion through memberships in RISE and Aspire, and has a background in social media management and customer service within Co-op Insurance. Educational background includes GCSE qualifications from North Chadderton.
