Vlad Grigoriu is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of Code of Talent since September 2018, where a multi-dimensional approach to microlearning enhances employee training and engagement. In addition to leading Code of Talent, Vlad has been the Founder of Co-Factor since 2011, focusing on strategy consulting and innovative technology to boost business performance by leveraging employee and customer potential. Previous roles include Shareholder and Board Member at TEMPO Creative Group from 2010 to 2011, and Managing Partner and VP of Business Development at Tempo Advertising Romania from 1997 to 2010.
