Rosemary Avila is an experienced workforce development professional currently serving as the Executive Director at CNY Works Inc., overseeing the Workforce Development Board and Career Center since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rosemary held multiple positions at Tompkins County, including Executive Director and Deputy Director of the Workforce Development Board between July 2021 and December 2022.
