Luiza Sinisterra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Luiza currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at CNTXT since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cognite AS as a Director of Customer Success since January 2021 and previously as a Manager of Customer Success from March 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining Cognite AS, Luiza worked at Deltek as a Senior Technical Consultant from July 2018 to March 2020. Prior to this, they held the roles of Technical Consultant from June 2016 to June 2018 and Associate Technical Consultant from August 2015 to May 2016.

In 2015, Luiza also briefly worked at Experis Norway as an Electrical Engineer for Novenco AS from March 2015 to July 2015.

Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at B3 from April 2014 to August 2014 and as a Subsea Controls Engineering Intern at Aker Solutions from June 2013 to August 2013.

Luiza started their career as a Quality Testing and Automation Engineering Intern at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft from August 2011 to February 2012.

Luiza also gained experience as an Intellectual Property Prosecution Student-Consultant at Innovation and Technology Transfer UFMG from August 2009 to June 2010.

Luiza Sinisterra began their education in 2008, attending Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Luiza pursued a Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, which they successfully completed in 2013. In 2012, Luiza also had the opportunity to expand their knowledge by spending some time as a Visiting Student at Santa Clara University, where they studied Electrical Engineering.
