Sandy Marshall is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in petroleum measurement and metering design. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer for Allocation & Measurement at CNOOC International since November 2020, Sandy has held significant roles in the industry, including Metering Design Authority at Nexen Petroleum U.K. since November 2012 and Principal Consultant at Smith Rea Energy Ltd. from October 2006 to November 2012. Additionally, Sandy worked as a Petroleum Measurement Inspector for the Dept. of Trade and Industry from December 2000 to September 2006. Sandy holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and a BEng (Hons) in Chemical & Process Engineering, both from the University of Strathclyde.
