Michael McLinn currently serves as the National Recruiting Manager at CNO Financial Group, where responsibilities include establishing referral sources and developing new candidate pipelines for agent and management roles. Prior to this position, Michael worked as a Recruiter at The Jonus Group, managing full life cycle recruitment activities and creating a diverse candidate pipeline. Michael's earlier roles span various recruiting positions, including a Recruiter at PMA USA, where candidate identification and screening were key tasks, and as Executive Recruiter at Creative Financial Staffing, specializing in Accounting and Finance placements. Michael's experience also includes roles in client service and business development, as well as a background in sports management from Indiana University Bloomington.
