Lisa Schultz is an experienced Chief Services Officer at CNL Financial Group, where Lisa also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors. Prior to this, Lisa held senior positions in Human Resources at Bank of America/NationsBank and Barnett Bank. Lisa holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Appalachian State University, and is certified in various leadership development programs including Stephen Covey's The Speed of Trust and Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centered Executive Coaching. Lisa is also qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment and Kouzes & Posner's The Leadership Challenge.
