Jim Kidder has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans from 1984 to 2020. Jim has held various leadership positions in different companies throughout their career. Starting from their most recent role, they served as the District Director of Operations at CNG Holdings, Inc., where they successfully turned around a failing district and made it one of the most successful districts in the company. Prior to that, they were the District Director of Operations in training at TMX Finance Family of Companies, where they recruited, trained, and developed top-notch teams that became top performers within a year. Jim also has experience as the Director of Stores at Creve Coeur Camera and as a Manager at Hobby Lobby. Jim Kidder's earlier experience includes roles as a Store Leader at OfficeMax, Owner of Slice of Heaven Bakery, and District Training Store Manager at RadioShack. Jim has also held various positions at RadioShack, including District Manager, District Manager in the Dealer/Franchise Division, Store Manager, and Sales Associate. Jim Kidder's career began in the US Army, where they served as an NCO and received training.
Jim Kidder attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1991 to 1994, where they studied Computer Science. Jim also participated in various training programs, including Dale Carnegie Training for Leadership Training for Managers and How to Communicate with Diplomacy and Tact. Additionally, they studied Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Jim further engaged in the Primary Leadership Development Course offered by the US Army. Jim also received training in Goal Setting and Successful Leadership through Zig Ziglar. Prior to these pursuits, Jim Kidder completed their high school education at Highland High School from 1980 to 1984.
