Carole Pontais is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Country Manager and Development Manager for Voltalia in Uzbekistan, where responsibilities include executing PPA contracts and expanding business development. With a strong background in project and bid management across Europe and Central Asia, Carole has held significant roles with companies such as GE Grid Solutions and Alstom, overseeing teams to create winning proposals in the SCADA/EMS/DMS domains. Carole also serves as a Foreign Trade Advisor of France in Uzbekistan while holding a Master's degree in project management from HEC Paris and an engineering degree in energy systems from Ecole des Mines de Nantes.
