Charles Cartier is a seasoned research scientist at CNA Corporation, where responsibilities include managing small to medium-sized projects and providing high-quality analysis for various components. Previous roles at CNA involved supporting the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, engaging directly with military personnel on concept-based experimentation, and contributing to the design and execution of wargames as part of the Gaming and Integration program.
