Ali KARA has extensive experience in engineering and research and development, currently serving as the Engineering and R&D Director at CMS Group Light Alloy Wheels since August 2015. Previous roles at CMS Group include Engineering and R&D Senior Manager, Engineering Senior Manager, Product Development Manager, Senior Product Development Specialist, and R&D Specialist Engineer. Prior to this, Ali KARA was a Research Assistant at the Dynamic Testing and Modelling Laboratory of Izmir Institute of Technology from January 2010 to August 2015, focusing on material characterization tests, test system design, and finite element analysis. Ali KARA also contributed as a Research Assistant at Izmir Institute of Technology from December 2007 to August 2015. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from İzmir Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü, an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Izmir Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Anadolu University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Manisa Celal Bayar Üniversitesi.
