Jesse Varghise has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at CMS IT Services since July 2017, with a progressive career from Sr. Executive HR to Deputy Manager in the same organization. Prior to this role, Jesse worked at HDFC Bank Limited as a Deputy Manager, where responsibilities included managing over 400 clients and facilitating new client acquisitions. Jesse's early career featured internships at Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd. and HCL Infosystems Ltd. Jesse holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Amity University and a certification in HR Strategies for the Canadian Workplace from Sheridan College, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Computer and Information Sciences from Amity University.
