Paresh Pandharkame has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Director of Group ER at CMS Info Systems since May 2016, where Paresh plays a key role in facilitating communication across various employee categories in India's largest Cash Management Service. Prior to this, Paresh held the position of Head of Human Resources at RMC Readymix (a division of Prism Cement Ltd.) for nearly a decade, leading HR functions for a 3,500-employee business unit and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy to address business challenges across multiple sectors. Earlier roles include Country Head of Human Resources at First Flight Couriers (Middle East) L.L.C., General Manager at Business India, and several managerial positions in the hospitality and logistics sectors. Paresh holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
