Ernie Harbaum is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience across various roles including Project Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Construction Coordination. Currently serving as Project Superintendent at CMS Corporation since June 2023, Ernie is involved in the MEP Expansion project at Cape Canaveral SSFB and has previously managed critical power distribution projects for the Space Force. With a background that includes MEP construction field support at Ghafari Associates and overseeing medium voltage distribution projects at Dover Air Force Base, Ernie has demonstrated expertise in project oversight, resource allocation, safety management, and cost estimation, accumulated over several years in the construction industry. Ernie holds an Associate degree in Applied Science, Computer Networking Systems – Supply Chain Management from ITT Tech.
