Tim James is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical writing, engineering management, and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at CMR Surgical, Tim contributes to the documentation of the Versius Surgical Robotic System. Previously, Tim held various leadership roles, including Business Development Manager at TFD Europe Ltd, and Senior Engineering Manager at Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group, where responsibilities encompassed business strategy implementation and technical service management. With a long-standing career at the UK Ministry of Defence, Tim directed engineering operations, logistics support, and specialist teams. Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng Hons) in Electrical Systems Engineering from RMCS Shrivenham (Cranfield).
