Rodrigo Costa de Morais Sarmento currently serves as Field Service Manager for Latin America at CMR Surgical, a position held since April 2021, following roles as Brazil Lead Service Field Engineer and Field Service Engineer. Prior to this, Rodrigo accumulated extensive experience as a Field Service Engineer at Johnson & Johnson from August 2007 to February 2021. Rodrigo is also pursuing a Pós-Graduação em Liderança e Inovação in Organizational Leadership at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, with studies scheduled from August 2023 to July 2024.
