Chris Whellams has a diverse work experience in various industries. Chris started their career as a Sales & Marketing Manager at DLT Media (UK) Ltd, where they significantly increased the growth of the company. Chris then moved on to NHS Blood and Transplant as a Donor Centre Manager, managing a team and consistently exceeding targets for donor recruitment and retention. At Anglia Ruskin University, they served as an iCentre Manager - Student Services, building and developing a team and enhancing student experience. Currently, Chris is working at CMR Surgical as a Clinical Development Engineering Lead. Chris previously held the position of Medical Affairs Operations Manager, leading a team responsible for global operations. In this role, they developed organizational structure, collaborated with various teams, implemented efficient processes, and built relationships with stakeholders.

Chris Whellams completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language & Linguistics/History at Kingston University from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Anglia Ruskin University.
