Jasmine S Ocampo BSN RN is a highly experienced nursing professional with a focus on care coordination and utilization review. Currently serving as an RN Care Coordinator in Utilization Review at CS since September 2021 and as an IP Case Manager and UM at Community Memorial Hospital since July 2019, Jasmine has a diverse background encompassing roles such as RN Case Manager at Adventist Health and UR IP Case Manager at Facey Medical Foundation.
