Ian Thompson is an experienced fleet operations professional with a career spanning several decades in the construction and equipment management sector. Currently serving as Fleet Operations Manager at Cmes Inc since April 2010, Ian oversees a fleet of 400 heavy construction pieces and trucks, focusing on purchasing, dispatching, and maintenance. Prior to this role, Ian held position as Operations Manager at Graham Paving from 2008 to 2009 and was the owner of Big E Backhoe Service from 1994 to 2008. Earlier in the career, Ian also worked as a Foreman Operator at Herman Weissker Inc from 1989 to 1994.
