Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. In addition, Mariana has been serving as the Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and a university instructor teaching applied mathematics and history of nutrition at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
