Prior roles include Manager of Software Quality Assurance and Technology Specialist, where Gagan specialized in end-to-end integration testing, cloud testing, and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to CME Group, Gagan worked as a Software Developer at Aspect Software, gaining expertise in full-stack web development and performance testing. Gagan holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
