Michael Hargrave is an accomplished maintenance and operations leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at CMC since April 2023, Michael has previously held senior positions including Director of Maintenance at D. R. Allen & Sons and Engineering Services Manager at The Walt Disney Company. Notable achievements include developing cost-saving initiatives at AAF International, where significant savings were realized, and overseeing maintenance teams at Xanterra Parks & Resorts and Ensco plc. Michael's foundational career began in the United States Navy as an Electrician's Mate Chief, complemented by a strong education including a Master of Science in Leadership and an MBA in Organizational Leadership.
