Phong Nguyen Duc has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, holding various positions at CMC Telecom, including Head of Network Planning, Service Delivery and Operation Manager, and Network Telecommunications Manager. Prior experience includes a role as an IT Specialist at PVI Insurance Corporation and as a Network Engineer at IPtel. Phong Nguyen Duc earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Hanoi University, completing studies from 2002 to 2006.
