Prior to their current position, Sarah held various positions at Johnson & Johnson from April 2020 to February 2022, including Regional Group Product Manager, Oral and Feminine Care, SEF; Regional Senior Brand Manager, Skin Health Consumer Pharmacy, AMET; Graduate Trainee Program recruiter, coach and business partner; and Regional Senior Brand Manager, Baby & Kids Skincare, AMET.
Sarah has established herself as a successful businesswoman and leader throughout their career. Sarah has been instrumental in doubling the business for Aveeno in Kuwait and driving share gain in both the Baby Toiletries and Adult Body Care categories. In Saudi Arabia, they have helped grow the brand's share in both baby and adult skin care categories. Sarah has also launched Aveeno in the UAE, where it quickly became one of the top-selling brands.

Sarah Salem is a double major in marketing and psychology at the American University of Beirut. Sarah is interested in marketing and advertising communication and plans to pursue a career in this field.
