Renée Scheerman has over 14 years of work experience in various roles within the finance and risk management field. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Financial Controller at SNS Bank, where they were responsible for financial accounting and risk management activities. Renée then joined Double Effect as a Consultant, leading a project to optimize liquidity risk management at a Dutch bank. In 2014, they joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an ALM Treasury Analyst, centralizing liquidity steering and providing input for funding planning. Renée later became an ALM Associate and Finance Manager ALM / Treasury. In 2018, they joined Alphabet (onderdeel BMW Group) as a Risk Controller, before transitioning to their current role as a Risk Manager at CM.com in 2022. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member at Tennisvereniging Bavel since 2016.
Renée Scheerman's education history includes a range of academic achievements. From 2011 to 2013, they attended Amsterdam Business School and earned an Executive Master of Finance and Control (RC) degree. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Renée had already obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration from VU Amsterdam between 2004 and 2008. In terms of their earlier education, from 2000 to 2004, they completed their Atheneum degree at Fons Vitae.
