Lisa de Man has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa started their career in 2016 as an intern in online marketing at Africamps, Boutique Camping, where they focused on increasing social media followers. Lisa then worked as a Direct Sales Agent at SQPeople before joining Custom Connect BV as a Call Agent. At Custom Connect BV, they later became a Floor Walker. In 2018, Lisa worked as a Customer Advisor at Essent before transitioning to MvH Media as a Graduate Student. Lisa returned to Custom Connect BV as a Call Agent and eventually joined CM.com in 2020. Lisa de Man has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Commerciële economie (CE) with a specialization in marketing management from Avans University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2014 to 2019. Lisa also pursued a Minor in Global Awareness from Hogeschool Leiden from 2017 to 2018.
Before that, Lisa attended De Rooipannen from 2010 to 2013 and obtained an MBO 4 degree in Marketing Communication and Events. Their high school education was completed at Cambreur college from 2006 to 2010, where they focused on health care.
In terms of additional certifications, Lisa obtained a Mastership in Prospecting from Winning by Design in October 2020.
