Joanna Barnard FCIPD FRSA is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Virgin Money since January 2012, Joanna has partnered with executive leadership to develop and implement comprehensive People Strategies, effectively managing HR policy, talent development, and organizational change initiatives.
