Anna Collins is an experienced professional in talent management and development, currently serving as Head of Talent and Learning & Development at Virgin Money since March 2023. Prior to this role, Anna spent eight years as Head of People Development at ITV and over nine years at Citi, holding positions in Talent & Leadership Development and Senior Recruiter Markets & Banking. Anna began their career at Deutsche Bank as a Graduate Recruiter, contributing valuable insights to recruitment processes over a seven-year period. Anna holds a degree from the University of Central Lancashire, obtained from 1992 to 1995.
