Jason Kauwell has a long and varied work experience. Jason began their career in 2001 as an On Ice Official for USA Hockey. In 2003, they took on the role of Senior Investigator/Field Training Officer at USIS. In 2004, they became the Head Coach for Wyoming Valley West Ice Hockey. In 2014, they began working at Clutch in a number of roles, including SVP Customer Experience, VP of Project Management, Sr Dir of Project Management, and Senior Project Manager. In 2015, they took on the role of Managing Director, Innovation at Secured Outcomes, LLC. Finally, in 2019, they became an Adjunct Professor at Lehigh University, where they developed and taught two courses on modern project management methods and outcomes.
Jason Kauwell began their education in 1996 at Wilkes University, where they earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology/English in 2000. In 2012, they attended Lehigh University for a Non-Degree in Corporate Accounting and a Non-Degree at Penn State University in Economics. Jason then returned to Lehigh University to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from 2012-2015, as well as a Graduate Study Certificate in Project Management from 2014-2015. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and in 2017, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
