Cullen Bodey has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Cullen worked as a Maintenance staff at Hawaiian Falls Water Parks & Adventure Parks from April 2014 to August 2014, where they were responsible for maintaining the park's appearance, keeping rides in working order, and ensuring a safe environment for visitors. From May 2017 to August 2017, they worked as a Landscaper at Green City Landscape. In August 2016, Cullen joined Boise State University as an Operations Crew member, where they helped patrons with daily tasks at the rec center, maintained equipment, and managed equipment desk inventories until November 2017. Cullen then worked as a Health Specialist at Nutrishop from November 2017 to April 2018. From May 2018 to July 2018, Cullen worked as a GPS Support Technician at TAD PGS, Inc. In 2019, they started working at the United States Marine Corps as a Ceremonial Marcher until January 2021 when they became a Project Manager / Administrative Assistant until May 2023. In 2023, they briefly worked as an Operations Management Consultant at The KYO Group and currently holds the position of Business Data Analyst at Clusiv, Inc, starting from April 2023.

Cullen Bodey attended Boise State University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In addition to their degree, Cullen obtained several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the International Six Sigma Instituteā„¢ in February 2023, a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Instituteā„¢ in February 2023, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the United States Marine Corps in June 2022.
