Julie Yates has extensive experience in customer experience, product management, and business development, currently serving as VP of Customer Experience and VP of Product at ClubReady, LLC since January 2020. Previously, Yates held the position of Vice President at CorpU, where collaboration with Fortune 500 executives focused on enhancing team performance and business agility. At Sting Communications, Yates led Network Services and Operations, and at KnowledgePlanet, Yates oversaw Product Management, driving product development and marketing strategies. With leadership roles spanning multiple organizations, including NextPage and KnowledgeSoft, Yates has demonstrated expertise in product marketing, business development, and consulting, supported by an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Communications from Ithaca College.
