Brian Carley serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee on the Board of Directors at Medpace since July 2016 and holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Clubessential, a leading SaaS technology provider for the club and resort sectors, since March 2016. Previously, Carley was a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee at Assurex Health from July 2015 to September 2016 and served as President and CEO of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber from March 2014 to July 2015. Carley's extensive experience in audit and consulting includes roles as Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP from July 2002 to March 2014, where responsibilities included leading the Audit Division and providing services to diverse industries, and as a Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP from September 1976 to July 2002, where Brian also served as Office Managing Partner. Carley earned a BS in Accountancy from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing studies from 1972 to 1976.
