Mitchel Queen is a seasoned Club Manager and Assistant General Manager at ClubCorp, overseeing comprehensive operations such as Golf, Food and Beverage, and Member Experience since December 2019. Prior to this role, Mitchel served as the Director of Food & Beverage at ClubCorp, leading significant renovations and operational improvements. Previously, Mitchel spent over a decade at The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel, where responsibilities included managing extensive banquet spaces and multiple dining outlets as the Director of Food & Beverage, along with roles as Banquet Director and Food & Beverage Manager. Mitchel began the career in the food service industry with various positions, culminating in a solid hospitality management foundation from Cornell University.
