Alida NGNITEDEM is an experienced IT Analyst currently employed at APEX since May 2020. Previous roles include IT dataming & VAS at Viettel Cameroun S.A., where Alida conducted traffic and roaming analyses as well as VAS reporting. Alida also worked briefly as a University Lecturer at ISMA, focusing on digital transformation, and served as a project manager at Normalis Consulting, specializing in project management and Odoo integration. Earlier experience includes a role as an IT Analyst at WOOD Business Service, where Alida concentrated on business intelligence systems, ERP integration, and enterprise architecture. Initial professional experience includes an internship at the Fonds National de l'Emploi. Alida holds a Master 2 (M2) in management and information systems from Université Catholique d'Afrique Centrale and a Bachelor's degree in fundamental computer science from Université de Dschang.
