Will Smithee is currently a Paralegal at Watford Football Club, focusing on drafting player contracts, transfer agreements, and managing visas, as well as handling legal cases. Prior to this role, Will served as a Commercial Partnership Activation Executive, assisting in partnership sales and managing partner relationships. Smithee also has experience as a Matchday Groundsman at Wembley Stadium and held various positions in the hospitality sector, including front-of-house work at Fuller's Brewery and bartending at The Sportsman. Will's educational background includes a degree in Sports Business and Sports Law from UCFB, with prior education at Wisbech Grammar School.
